Re-Saving PDF not showing correctly in Clinical Record
If a PDF is showing blacked out or as fuzzy bars in the clinical record it has been saved in a format that VetlinkPRO can't read. You should still be able to open it in full screen and it will show.
You can also create the PDF again using the Microsoft to PDF printer to create it in a more standard format.
To do this;
- Open the PDF in Full Screen
- Click the print option and choose Microsoft to PDF printer.
- Save PDF to your desktop (or somewhere you can find it again)
- In VetlinkPRO click the attach button and find the newly saved PDF and re-attach it.
- You can now delete old PDF not showing correctly.
