BAM - Active & Retained Clients Calculation
Active Clients
Active clients are from 36 months (or whatever is configured in Setup) before FROM date until the TO Date
For example if date range selected: = 1/7/2017 – 30/6/2018, the active clients are from 1/7/2014 to 30/6/2018
Retained clients
Retained clients are those clients who visited in the 1st period (Active Clients) and also visited in the 2nd period. The client must have visited in both periods to be retained.
1st period is from 18 months (or whatever is configured in Setup) before the From date to the From date.
2nd Period is between the From and To Date.
