Adding History template to a product

Adding History template to a product

You will first need to create a history template which can be used for one specific product or used between multiple products.
If used on multiple and you edit the contents of the template and it will update for all.

Go to Options | Picklist | History | History Templates. Click the plus at the bottom to create a new template.

When creating the template you can use square brackets [ ] to create jump to points within the text box. Once the template is on the patient file you can use F2 to jump between those brackets for faster information input.
Eg.
Closed using [] Supramid
Metacam given [] ml

Go to your product and then to the More Tab.
Click the 3 dots to the right of History and select Add history template. If there is a template in place already you will get the option to Edit Template or Delete Template.
Deleting will only remove the template from that product you are deleting it from.

When the product is billed you will now get a popup showing the history template, you can either click accept to add the page to the bill or cancel so the page is not added.
The product will still be added to the bill.
