Our new smart search enables easier searching of clients, patients and products.
Obviously with Smith as a last name there are going to be a lot of entries and to add them all into the results will slow the search down so the idea is to keep providing information.
Entries can be a first name, last name, phone number as well as patient name. An example will be trying to find Alison Smith with pet Buddy.
The minimum you could add to just get that client as the result is 'sm al bud'. (Last name, First name, Pet name)
As its looking at letter combinations having 'Smith A' will still give a very long list but by adding an L after the A it reduces the list which can then be reduced further by adding more letters to her name.
Basically think of it as a two letter minimum and you will find your search will become a lot more easier.
