AWS RDS AUS/NZ ipad or iPhone

IPAD / IPHONE GATEWAY REMOTE ACCESS

  1. Check the Device Name does not have a apostrophe. Go to Setting -> General -> About -> Click name -> Remove apostrophe if present.
  2. Download Microsoft Remote Desktop client from the app store and open.
  3. Click on the “+” button in the top right corner.
  4. On following window select PC
  5. Click PC name
    1. Enter IP address as per royal TS / advised by CFL (for use at clinic) or XXX-rds-2a.cloud.p2plimited.com (for off site access)
    2. Click Done once finished.
  6. Click User Account then Add User Account
    1. Username: e.g. cloud\xxxuser1
    2. Password: Password can be sent in a separate email if required
    3. Click Save once done.
  7. Click Additional Options then Gateway then Add Gateway
    1. Enter Server name: cloud.p2plimited.com
    2. User Account: Leave as / set to Use desktop user account
    3. Save everything to take you back to main screen.
